Centifolia, or Rosa centifolia, are also known as "cabbage roses" or "hundred-petalled roses". This class originated in Holland in the 16th century and was cultivated steadily until 1850. Even then, people were fascinated by the large number of petals of the rose.
This often earned her a place in well-known artistic works. Her colour spectra range from white to a dark red. Centifoils are easy to grow and have a good winter hardiness. In addition, they spray a mostly sweet scent that nobody can resist.
