Freifrau Caroline ist eine buschig wachsende Beetrose mit nostalgisch gefüllten, stark duftenden Blüten, die sich in Dolden zeigen. Die Rose hat eine gute Blattgesundheit und eignet für sich für Gruppen- oder Beetpflanzung. Benannt wurde sie nach Caroline Freifrau von Esebeck.
